摘  要:为了探究不同纺织结构的汉麻纤维增强体对复合材料性能的影响,以汉麻粗纱为主要增强体制备了准单向汉麻纤维织物增强不饱和聚酯树脂复合材料(QUHFC),并与以汉麻粗纱毡增强复合材料(HRFC)和平纹汉麻粗纱织物增强复合材料(PHFC)进行了对比分析,探究了其力学性能差异及产生差异和失效的机理。结果表明,QUHFC的力学性能最优,其中拉伸强度、拉伸弹性模量、弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量分别为180.06 MPa,11.48 GPa,229.48 MPa和24.07 GPa。进一步以织物组织、粗纱捻度、经纱密度为影响因素,采用正交实验设计对准单向汉麻织物增强复合材料预制件的力学性能进行分析,得知在采用以细度为(1100±34.1)tex的粗纱为纬纱,以细度为50.5 tex的细纱为经纱制备的准单向预制件为增强体时,织物组织的变化(平纹、斜纹、方平)对复合材料拉伸和弯曲性能产生的影响最大。当织物组织为方平组织、经纱密度为60根/10 cm、纬纱捻度为4捻/10 cm时,拉伸强度最大。当织物组织为斜纹组织、经纱密度为40根/10 cm、纬纱捻度为0捻/10 cm(即无捻纱)时,弯曲强度最大。In order to explore the influence of hemp fiber reinforcement with different textile structures on the properties of composites,quasi unidirectional hemp fabric reinforced composite(QUHFC)was prepared with hemp roving as the main reinforcement body,and compared with hemp roving felt reinforced composite(HRFC)and plain hemp roving fabric reinforced composite(PHFC).The mechanical properties of composites reinforced with different textile-structure preforms and the mechanism of failure were explored.The results show that the mechanical properties of QUHFC are the best.The tensile strength,tensile modulus,flexural strength and flexural modulus are 180.06 MPa,11.48 GPa,229.48 MPa and 24.07 GPa respectively.Further with fabric,roving twist and warp density for the influencing factors,and by orthogonal experimental design on the bachelor,the mechanical properties of linen fabric reinforced composite casting are analyzed,and learned that in the fineness of(1100±34.1)tex.Tex roving as weft,fineness of 50.5 tex yarn as warp yarn preparation of one-way fabrication to strengthen the body.The variation of fabric structure(plain weave,twill weave,basket weave)has the greatest influence on the tensile and bending properties of composites.When the fabric structure is basket weave,the warp density is 60 picks/10 cm,and the weft twist is 4 turns/10 cm,the tensile strength reaches the maximum.When the fabric is twill weave,the warp density is 40 picks/10 cm,and the weft twist is 0 turns/10 cm,the bending strength is the maximum.
