摘 要:无论是在生物医用还是电子传感领域应用,如何提高水凝胶材料的柔韧性和弹性是一个至关重要的问题。以聚丙烯酰胺和海藻酸钠构筑水凝胶基本体系,添加硼酸、氯化铝及亚硫酸氢钠构筑化学-离子双交联相互贯穿网络结构,通过扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪及热重分析仪等测试水凝胶的形貌特征、网络交联结构、热稳定性和力学性质。结果表明,添加硼酸及氯化铝形成的水凝胶可能构筑第三网络,而亚硫酸氢钠主要强化第二网络。硼酸、氯化铝和亚硫酸氢钠加入后水凝胶弹性回复率随伸长的增加而降低,在拉伸200%时其回复率均高于90%,拉伸25%时回复率均高于98%,其中添加亚硫酸氢钠的最高、氯化铝次之、硼酸最差。添加亚硫酸氢钠的聚丙烯酰胺/海藻酸钠水凝胶韧性最佳,该特性有望在水凝胶基应变传感器件的构建方面提供一个思路。It is a crucial issue for the biomedical or electronic sensing applications of hydrogel materials to improve the flexibility and elasticity.The basic system of hydrogel is constructed by polyacrylamide and sodium alginate through adding boric acid,aluminum chloride and sodium sulfite which form the chemical ion double crosslinking network structure by penetrating each other.Meanwhile,its appearance performance,network crosslinking structure,thermal stability and mechanical properties were characterized by scanning electron microscope,Fourier transform infrared spectrumer and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results indicate that the addition of boric acid and aluminum chloride form the third network and sodium bisulfite mainly strengthens the second network in the hydrogel.When the stretching reaches 200%,its recovery rate is higher than 90%.Moreover,when the stretching is 25%,its recovery rate is higher than 98%.With respect to these materials added,the order of added amount is sodium bisulfite,aluminum chloride and boric acid.With respect to the recovery rate,the best effect is sodium bisulfite,followed by aluminum chloride and worst boric acid.In addition,the toughening effect of the sodium bisulfite on the hydrogel is also best.This characteristic provides an idea for the construction of strain sensors based on hydrogel.
