摘  要:为增强聚酰亚胺非织造材料的液体水管理能力,以聚酰亚胺纤维、粘胶纤维为原料,采用梳理-针刺-热熔复合工艺技术制备了双层(阻燃层和吸湿层)梯度结构的针刺非织造材料试样,并对试样的舒适性(柔软度和透气性)、热防护特性和液态水管理能力进行了表征分析。结果表明,阻燃层和吸湿层在纤维簇的作用下有效固结成清晰的梯度结构,且阻燃层中聚酰亚胺纤维比例为70%时,所制备试样的透气率达924 mm/s,单向导湿能力指数为263.3,热防护系数为26.65 cal/m^(2)。表明其兼具有优异的定向导水能力和热防护特性,可适用于隔热服、消防服等特种热防护领域。To enhance the liquid water management ability of polyimide nonwovens,various samples with double layer gradient structure(flame retardant layer and moisture absorption layer)needling nonwovens were prepared by a carding,needling and thermal-bonding composite process as raw materials of polyimide fiber and viscose fiber.The comfort performance(softness and air permeability),thermal protection properties and liquid water management ability of the prepared samples were investigated.The results show that the gradient structure consisting with a flame retardant layer and a hygroscopic layer are combined by the fiber clusters.Moreover,the samples show a air permeability of 924 mm/s,a directional water transportation index of 263.3,and an thermal protection coefficient of 26.65 cal/m^(2).These results demonstrate that the prepared polyimide/viscose needle-punched nonwovens with gradient structure pose an excellent directional water transportation performance and an outstanding thermal protection characteristic,which is a potential in the application of thermal protection field,such as heat insulation suit and fire protection clothing,et.al.
