摘 要:针对玻璃纤维(GF)布浸渍聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)乳液上胶量不高的情况,采用在GF纸表面涂覆PTFE乳液的工艺制备短GF增强PTFE半固化片。研究了不同定量GF纸的孔隙结构及其对PTFE乳液上胶量的影响。根据目标介电性能选取一种半固化片进行压板实验,测试并分析了该基板的实际介电性能。结果表明,通过调整GF纸的定量可以显著改变GF纸的孔隙结构;GF纸的上胶量与其透气度和孔径大小紧密相关。随着GF纸的定量从20 g/m^(2)增加到60 g/m^(2),透气度从110 mm/s降低至33 mm/s(平均孔径从4.07μm减小至2.35μm),上胶量从93.98%减小至91.31%,制备半固化片的定量从355 g/m^(2)增加到692 g/m^(2)。扫描电子显微镜图显示最高上胶量的半固化片中纤维/树脂分布均匀,表面不存在过量的PTFE层。此半固化片叠层压板后测得10 GHz的介电常数为2.17,介质损耗为9.5×10^(-4),介电常数偏低、损耗偏高。后续拟通过调整GF纸的定量,制备GF质量分数满足要求的半固化片,提高基板的介电常数;并通过对玻璃棉进行除渣且使用去离子水抄纸,减少基板中杂质的含量以进一步降低基板的介质损耗。In view of the low resin content of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)emulsion impregnated with glass fiber(GF)cloth,the short glass fiber reinforced PTFE prepregs were prepared by coating PTFE emulsion on the surface of GF paper.The pore structure of different quantitative GF paper and its effect on the sizing amount of PTFE emulsion were studied.According to the target dielectric properties,a kind of prepreg was selected to press the laminate,and the actual dielectric properties of the laminate were tested and analyzed.The results show that the pore structure of GF paper can be significantly changed by adjusting the quantification of GF paper;the sizing amount of GF paper is closely related to its air permeability and pore diameter.As the basis weight of GF paper increases from 20 g/m^(2) to 60 g/m^(2),the air permeability decreases from 110 mm/s to 33 mm/s(the average pore diameter decreases from 4.07μm to 2.35μm),and the resin content of prepreg decreases from 93.98%to 91.31%,the basis weight of prepreg increases from 355 g/m^(2) to 692 g/m^(2).Scanning electron microscope images show that the fiber/resin distribute in the prepreg with the highest resin amount uniformly,and there is no excess PTFE layer on the surface of the prepreg.After the prepregs are laminated,the measured dielectric constant of the laminate at 10 GHz is 2.17,and the dielectric loss is 9.5×10^(-4).The dielectric constant is relatively low and the loss is relatively high.It is proposed to increase the dielectric constant of the laminate by slightly adjusting the basis weight of GF paper and preparing prepregs with the required fiber mass ratio;and to reduce the dielectric loss of the laminate by removing slag from the glass wool and using deionized water to prepare the GF paper.
