摘 要:在聚己内酯(PCL)板材研发过程中,研究了甲基丙烯酸四氢呋喃酯(MATE)、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯(NPGDA)三种交联助剂不同种类和TMPTA加入方式对PCL材料电子辐照交联程度的影响。采用熔融挤出及注塑成型方法制备了改性PCL样板;对几种PCL样板施加10~50 kGy的辐照后,通过分析PCL材料的凝胶含量确认其交联程度;发现PCL材料的交联程度随辐照剂量的增加而上升;三种交联助剂中,TMPTA效果最佳,同等辐照剂量下PCL的交联程度更高;在加入方式上,预制母粒加入较直接加入更有利于交联助剂在PCL基体中的均匀分散,可有效提高PCL的辐照交联效果。在工业化生产过程中,推荐加入0.2份1076及0.3份168的复配抗氧剂和0.5份芥酸酰胺,可有效改善PCL板材的辐照后黄变严重、发酸发臭以及加工过程中粘辊等问题。During the development of polycaprolactone(PCL)sheet,the effects of different types and addition methods of tetrahydrofuran methacrylate(MATE),trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTA)and neopentyl glycol diacrylate(NPGDA)on the electron irradiation crosslinking degree of PCL materials were studied.The modified PCL template was prepared by melt extrusion and injection molding;After 10-50 kGy electron beam irradiation applied on several kinds of PCL sheets,the Gel content was analyzed to confirm the crosslinking degree of the PCL.The results show that the crosslinking degree of PCL increases with the increase of irradiation dose,meanwhile,compared with the other two crosslinking additives,the crosslinking degree of TMPTA modified PCL is the highest at the same irradiation dose.In terms of joining method,the addition of preformed masterbatch is more conducive to the uniform dispersion of crosslinking additives in PCL matrix and improve the irradiation crosslinking effect of PCL.In the process of industrial production,it is recommended to add 0.2 phr 1076,0.3 phr 168 compound antioxidant and 0.5 phr erucic acid amide,which can effectively improve the serious yellowing,acid and odor of PCL plate after irradiation and roll sticking during processing.
