摘　　要：采用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混制备阻隔尼龙6(PA6)复合材料,研究增韧剂聚烯烃弹性体接枝马来酸酐(POEg-MAH)、阻隔剂乙烯乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)及其复配对PA6复合材料的物理力学性能和阻隔性能的影响。研发的阻隔PA6复合材料与进口材料性能相当,并应用于小型油箱上。结果表明,增韧剂添加量越多,PA6复合材料的缺口冲击强度、断裂伸长率越高,拉伸强度、熔体流动速率、燃油阻隔性越低,当增韧剂质量分数为12%,PA6复合材料的物理力学性能与进口材料相当,但是燃油阻隔性能差;阻隔剂的加入提高了PA6复合材料燃油阻隔性,添加量越多,燃油阻隔性越好,但是影响PA6复合材料的力学性能;增韧剂质量分数为12%与阻隔剂质量分数为4%的PA6复合材料的物理力学性能、阻隔性能与进口材料相当,吹塑成型小型油箱,其产品性能和燃油阻隔性能达到进口材料油箱性能。The barrier polyamide 6(PA6)composites were prepared by melt blending in a twin-screw extruder.The effects of toughening agent polyolefin elastomer(POE-g-MAH),barrier agent ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVOH)and their blends on the physical and mechanical properties and barrier properties of PA6 composites were studied.The barrier PA6 composites with the same properties as imported materials were developed and applied to small fuel tanks.The results show that the more the toughening agent is added,the higher the notch impact strength and elongation at break of PA6 composites are,and the lower the tensile strength,melt index and fuel barrier property are.When the content of toughening agent is 12%,the physical and mechanical properties of PA6 composites are equivalent to those of imported materials,but the fuel barrier property is poor.The fuel barrier property of PA6 composite is improved by adding the barrier agent.The more the amount of barrier agent is added,the better the fuel barrier property is,but the mechanical properties of PA6 composite are affected.When the physical and mechanical properties and barrier properties of PA6 composite with 12%toughening agent and 4%barrier agent are equivalent to those of imported materials,the product performance and fuel barrier performance of the fuel tank can reach the performance of the fuel tank made of imported materials.
