摘  要:针对以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)为原料的重型卡车高耐磨自润滑轴套零件,利用模拟仿真软件Moldflow进行模流分析,通过正交实验方法对注塑成型工艺参数进行优化设计,得到了熔体温度420℃、模具温度160℃、保压压力60 MPa、保压时间15 s的优化工艺参数组合。对模具的浇注系统、滑块结构、顶出系统、冷却系统等进行优化设计,并对冷却效果进行仿真分析,确认了冷却系统的有效性。经过实际注塑生产和测试验证,生产出了合格的高耐磨自润滑轴套零件,可替代重型卡车中的金属轴套零件,助力汽车轻量化和节能减排。For the high-wear-resistant self-lubricating bushing parts of heavy-duty trucks made of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)as raw material,the Moldflow software was used to simulate,and the injection molding parameters were optimized and designed by orthogonal experimental methods,and the optimal process parameters combination of melt temperature 420℃,mold temperature 160℃,packing pressure 60 MPa and packing time 15 s were obtained.The running system,slider structure,ejection system,cooling system,et al of the mold are designed,and the cooling effect is simulated,and the effectiveness of the cooling system is confirmed.After actual injection molding production and test verification,qualified bushing parts have been obtained,which can replace the metal bushing parts in heavy-duty trucks,helping to reduce the weight of the car and save energy and reduce emissions.
