摘  要:为了减少复合材料液体成型(LCM)工艺生产的复合材料内部产生缺陷,提升制品的质量,需通过监测LCM工艺中树脂流动前锋来优化树脂注入策略。首先,考虑使用传感器监测并获取LCM工艺中树脂浸渍过程的特征参数。接着,选择压电晶片主动传感器作为非嵌入式传感器监测以避免影响模具结构,同时实现对纤维层内部和隐藏区域的扫描和监控。然后,通过对压电晶片超声信号的分析,建立超声信号特征与树脂流动前锋有关特征参数的关系。最后,在此基础上开发了纤维增强复合材料预成型体中树脂流动前锋多通道超声监测系统,实现了树脂流动前锋到达位置的监测。结果表明,当树脂流动前锋恰好到达覆盖了超声传感器感应区域时,声波信号出现变化,软件界面立即得到反应。开发了纤维预成型体中树脂流动前锋多通道超声监测系统,确定了压电晶片主动传感器的工业集成方案,验证了该多通道超声监测系统实现树脂流动前锋到达位置监测的可行性。In order to reduce the occurrence of internal defects in composite materials produced by the liquid composite molding(LCM)process and improve the quality of finished products,it is necessary to optimize the resin injection strategy by monitoring the resin flow front in the LCM process.First,consider the use of sensors to monitor and obtain characteristic parameters of the LCM resin impregnation process.Next,the piezoelectric wafer active sensor is selected as a non-embedded sensor monitoring to avoid affecting the mold structure,while realizing the scanning and monitoring of the inner and hidden areas of the fiber layer.Then,through the analysis of the ultrasonic signal of the piezoelectric wafer,the relationship between the ultrasonic signal characteristics and the characteristic parameters of the resin flow front is established.Finally,on this basis,a multi-channel ultrasonic monitoring system for the resin flow front in the fiber reinforced composite material preform is developed,which realizes the monitoring of the arrival position of the resin flow front.The results show that when the resin flow front the sensing area of the ultrasonic sensor,the acoustic signal changes,and the software interface responds immediately.A multi-channel ultrasonic monitoring system for the resin flow front in the fiber preform is developed,the industrial integration scheme of the piezoelectric wafer active sensor is determined,and the feasibility of the multi-channel ultrasonic monitoring system to monitor the arrival position of the resin flow front is verified.
