微织构对PTFE/GCr15轴承钢润滑特性与摩擦性能影响

摘  要:采用激光加工技术在GCr15轴承钢表面制备不同形状织构,通过MRTR摩擦磨损试验机测试GCr15轴承钢对偶副聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的摩擦学性能。探究不同润滑状态(水润滑和油润滑)、不同转速(100,500,1000 r/min)、不同织构形状(圆形织构、三角织构、水滴织构)下对摩PTFE的摩擦磨损性能。采用计算流体学(CFD)方法对实验进行模拟计算,利用Fluent软件模拟分析结果,探究不同形状对流体动压的影响。研究结果表明,润滑剂通过收敛区能产生楔形效应,提高润滑剂的承载力,其中水滴织构和三角织构效果较好。在中高转速下润滑油流场发生了空化,抑制了负压形成,正压值变大,对提升摩擦磨损有促进作用。在水润滑中,圆形织构和三角织构在低转速下减摩抗磨性能较好,而水滴织构更适合在中高转速。油润滑中,水滴织构减摩抗磨效果最好,最佳减摩效率达27.60%。Different shape textures were prepared on the surface of GCr15 bearing steel by laser processing technology,and the tribological properties of polytetrafluoroetylene(PTFE)pair of GCr15 bearing steel were tested by MRTR friction and wear tester.The friction and wear properties of PTFE under different lubrication conditions(water lubrication and oil lubrication),different rotational speeds(100,500,1000 r/min),and different texture shapes(circular texture,triangular texture,and water droplet texture)were investigated.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method was used to simulate the experiment,and Fluent software was used to simulate the results to explore the influence of different shapes on fluid dynamic pressure.The results show that the lubricant can produce wedge effect through the convergence zone and improve the bearing capacity of the lubricant,and the water droplet texture and triangular texture have better effects.Cavitation occurs in the flow field of lubricating oil at medium and high speeds,which inhibits the formation of negative pressure and increases the positive pressure,and promotes the improvement of friction and wear.In water lubrication,circular texture and triangular texture have better antifriction and antiwear performance at low speed,while water droplet texture is more suitable at medium and high speed.In oil lubrication,the anti-friction and anti-wear effect of water droplet texture is the best,and the optimal anti-friction efficiency reaches 27.60%.
