摘 要:在短玻璃纤维(GF)和陶瓷粉增强聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)介质基板的真空层压过程中,缓冲垫起到非常重要的作用。采用1,2,4 mm和6 mm 4种厚度,GF和陶瓷纤维两种材质的缓冲垫,研究其对PTFE介质基板厚度和介电均匀性的影响。以料温线测试、铅条测试、感压纸测试3种手段表征不同缓冲垫条件下介质基板受到的温度和压力均匀性,分析了基板厚度和介电均匀性的影响机理。结果表明,陶瓷纤维的硬度高于GF,其制备的缓冲垫对压力的缓冲和温度的传导效果最好。当缓冲垫厚度过薄时,起不到很好的缓冲效果,厚度过厚时,将会导致温度和压力的均匀性变差。最终得到性能最优的缓冲垫为厚度为4 mm的陶瓷纤维缓冲垫。该条件下,层压机料温均值为379℃,极差4.91℃,基板厚度均值为0.51 mm,极差0.035 mm,介电常数为2.9426,介电常数极差0.025,保证了微波介质基板的性能符合要求。The laminated cushion plays a very important role in the vacuum lamination of short glass fiber(GF)and ceramic powder reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)dielectric substrate.The cushions of 1,2,4 mm and 6 mm in thickness,GF and ceramic fiber in materials were used to study their effects on the thickness and dielectric uniformity of PTFE dielectric substrate.The temperature and pressure uniformity of dielectric substrates laminated with different cushions were characterized by material temperature line test,lead strip test and pressure sensitive paper test.The influence mechanism of substrate thickness and dielectric uniformity was analyzed.The results show that the hardness of ceramic fiber is higher than that of GF,and the cushion made of ceramic fiber has the best effect on pressure buffering and temperature conduction.When the thickness of the cushion is too thin,it cann’t have a good cushioning effect.When the thickness is too thick,it leads to the deterioration of the uniformity of temperature and pressure.Finally,the ceramic fiber cushion with a thickness of 4 mm is obtained as the cushion with the best performance.Under this condition,the average material temperature during lamination is 379℃,the range is 4.91℃,the average thickness of the substrate is 0.51 mm,the range is 0.035 mm.The dielectric constant is 2.9426 with the range of 0.025,which ensures that the performance of the microwave dielectric substrate meets the requirements.
