摘 要:近年来,按照应急管理部和国家矿山安全监察局部署要求,逐步建成了覆盖县级煤矿的应急救援管理平台,充分利用信息化手段,通过煤矿应急救援管理系统、煤矿安全监控系统、煤矿人员精确定位系统和煤矿视频监控系统等系统,可进行井下环境参数、关键设备状态、区域环境评估、人员分布、通知、欢迎词等常规信息的快速、实时发布,使井下作业人员能够实时了解矿井作业环境安全、设备运行、人员分布等情况。In recent years, according to the deployment requirements of the ministry of emergency management and the state administration of mine safety, a county-level coal mine emergency rescue management platform has been gradually built. Making full use of information means, through the coal mine emergency rescue management system, coal mine personnel precise positioning system, coal mine video monitoring system and other systems, the underground environmental parameters, key equipment status, regional environmental assessment, personnel distribution, announcements, welcome words and other conventional information can be released quickly and in real time, enables underground operators to understand the safety of mine operation environment, equipment operation, personnel distribution and so on in real time.
