摘 要:针对履带式挖掘机在斜坡作业下的各种特定工况,以履带式挖掘机稳定系数为优化目标、各油缸长度为设计变量、各油缸伸缩极限为约束条件,建立履带式挖掘机整机优化模型。利用复合形优化方法求解履带式挖掘机在各种特定工况下的稳定系数,得到斜坡作业条件下最不稳定姿态。研究结果可以给履带式挖掘机操作者在斜坡作业时提供参考,也可为履带式挖掘机设计者提供理论依据,避免发生失稳现象,保证设备以及人员安全并提高工作效率。Aiming at various specific working conditions of crawler excavator under slope operation, taking the stability coefficient of crawler excavator as the optimization objective, the length of each oil cylinder as the design variable and the expansion limit of each oil cylinder as the constraint condition, the overall optimization model of crawler excavator was established. The complex optimization method was used to solve the stability coefficient of crawler excavator under various specific working conditions,and the most unstable attitude under slope working conditions was obtained. The research results can provide reference for crawler excavator operators when working on slopes, and also provide theoretical basis for crawler excavator designers to avoid instability, ensure the safety of equipment and personnel,and improve work efficiency.
