摘 要:针对旋转轴类设备扭矩监测系统在线监测过程难以实现长期稳定供电和信号传输问题,设计了一套旋转轴类设备扭矩监测系统,实现了旋转轴上传感器和信号发射模块长期稳定供电,利用WiFi信号传输技术实现了扭矩信号快速、精确和稳定的无线传输。该系统实现了对扭矩信号的无线传输和电能的无线供应,为旋转轴类设备扭矩在线监测提供了一个可行的方案。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to achieve long-term stable power supply and signal transmission during the online monitoring of the torque monitoring system of rotating shaft equipment, designed a torque monitoring system for rotating shaft equipment to achieve long-term stable power supply for sensors and signal transmitter modules on the rotating shaft. Used WiFi signal transmission technology to achieve fast, accurate and stable wireless transmission of torque signals. This system realizes the wireless transmission of torque signals and the wireless supply of electrical energy,which provides a feasible solution for the rotating shaft equipment online torque monitoring.
