摘 要:分析了某矿井矸石输送系统的运行过程,结合系统分析了该过程中粉尘的产生情况。通过分析粉尘产生的部位给出了粉尘治理的方案措施,结合筛分破碎车间的粉尘治理提出了具体的治理方案,根据方案对比分析了不同除尘器的选择与使用优缺点。最后提出了结合烧结板除尘器治理粉尘的方案,论证了其可行性,分析了其具体设计流程与设计方案,为矸石输送系统的粉尘治理提供了一种思路。Analyzed the operation process of gangue conveying system in a mine, and analyzed the generation of dust in this process combined with the system. By analyzing the parts where dust is produced,the scheme and measures of dust control were given, put forward a specific control scheme combined with the dust control in the screening and crushing workshop, and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different dust collectors according to the scheme comparison. Finally, put forward the scheme of dust control combined with sintering plate dust collector, and its feasibility was demonstrated.The specific design process and scheme were analyzed, which provides an idea for dust control of gangue conveying system.
