摘　　要：介绍了实际生产中常采用的研磨加工方法。阐述了研磨加工要注意的研磨余量、研磨工具材料以及研磨剂的选取。介绍了某种齿轮机床液压缸筒研磨装置的设计,并分析研磨时的注意事项。Introduced the grinding process methods commonly used in practical production. Expounded the grinding allowance, the grinding tool material and the selection of grinding agent which should be paid attention to in grinding process. The design of hydraulic cylinder grinding device for a gear machine tool was introduced, and analyzed the matters needing attention during grinding.
