摘  要:针对煤矿井下地质信息探测要求越来越高的问题,开发基于钻探机械的地质信息探测装置。利用钻机、钻杆和钻头等配套钻具,通过二次下钻的方式将探测装置送入钻孔内并同步采集自然伽马、视频图像和钻孔轨迹等信息,查明地层信息、孔壁形态和孔内物体状态等,通过多源异构数据融合,实现地质异常体和煤岩分界面精确探查定位。经过现场试验验证钻孔内图像清晰、轨迹定位精确和地层伽马参数变化清晰。为三维地质精确建模及可视化、地质信息同步映射和透明地质保障平台建设提供了技术与装备支撑。In view of the increasingly high requirements for underground geological information detection in coal mine, a geological information detection device based on drilling machinery was developed. Using the drilling rig, drill pipe and drill bit and other supporting drilling tools, the detection device is sent into the drill hole by means of secondary drilling and synchronously collects information such as natural Gamma, video images and drilling trajectory, etc., to find out the formation information, the shape of the hole wall and the state of the objects in the hole, etc., and through the fusion of multi-source heterogeneous data, the geological anomaly and the coal-rock interface are accurately explored and located. Field tests have verified that the images in the borehole are clear, the trajectory positioning is accurate, and the formation gamma parameters change is clear. It provides technical and equipment support for the accurate modeling and visualization of three-dimensional geology, the synchronous mapping of geological information and the construction of a transparent geological support platform.
