摘 要:由于悬臂式掘进机的截割电机大多采用双速电机直接驱动,人工操作旋钮切换高低速挡很难适应不同煤岩硬度变化,造成截割头截齿消耗较大,影响截割电机及减速器的使用寿命。针对这一问题,提出通过改变截割电机电源频率调节输出速度和转矩,实现截割电机的速度和转矩与煤岩性质的最优匹配,同时提高悬臂式掘进机对不同地质工况的适应性和掘进效率。介绍了变频调速系统的结构组成,分析了电气控制系统及牵引调速原理。现场应用表明,该调速系统可靠性高、实时性好,能够满足悬臂式掘进机高效截割牵引调速的需求。Because the cutting motors of cantilever roadheader are mostly directly driven by two speed motors, it is difficult to adapt to the changes of different coal and rock hardness when manually operating the knob to switch between high and low speed gears, resulting in large consumption of cutting head pick and affecting the service life of cutting motor and reducer. In view of this problem, proposed to adjust the output speed and torque by changing the power frequency of cutting motor, realized the optimal matching between the speed and torque of the cutting motor and the properties of coal and rock, and improved the adaptability and tunneling efficiency of the cantilever roadheader to different geological conditions. Introduced the structure component of the variable frequency speed regulation system, analyzed the electrical control system and traction speed regulation principle. The field application shows that the speed regulation system has high reliability and good real-time performance, which can meet the requirements of high-efficiency cutting traction speed regulation of cantilever roadheader.
