摘 要:圆锥破碎机在厂内试车时发现异响及振动过大情况,经现场拆解检查并更换传动轴,问题依然没有解决。通过振动测试并进行频谱分析,发现故障原因为电控系统的全波整流可控硅电路故障引起的机械振动故障。更换电控系统后,异响消失,振动烈度值恢复至正常范围。该结果验证了振动频谱分析技术应用于电控系统故障诊断的有效性,在实际生产过程中避免了盲目拆解和维修,降低了生产成本。A cone crusher in the factory test was found the abnormal sound and too large vibration,after on-site disassembly inspection and replacement of the drive shaft, the problem was still not solved. Through vibration test and spectrum analysis, found that the fault is caused by mechanical vibration fault of the SCR circuit of the electric control system. After replacing the electronic control system, abnormal sound disappeared and vibration intensity returned to normal range. The results show that the application of vibration spectrum analysis technology in fault diagnosis of electronic control system is effective, which avoids blind disassembly and maintenance, and reduces production cost in actual production process.
