共享资源视野下高校就业创业微教育模式研究

摘　　要：共享经济的兴起为“大众创业、万众创新”提供了一个新的思维。在共享资源视野下,高校应顺应时代,充分利用微信、易班等微平台开展大学生就业创业教育,推进传统的就业创业教育模式改革与创新。在分析了共享经济视野下高校就业创业微教育模式的优势后,举例说明了一些可供实践的就业创业微教育平台,最后提出了一些开展大学生就业创业教育的路径与方法。The rise of the shared economy provides a new way of thinking for“mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation”.In the view of sharing resources,colleges and universities should make full use of WeChat and Yiban to carry out college students’employment and entrepreneurship education,and promote the reform and innovation of traditional employment and entrepreneurship education model.After analyzing the advantages of the micro-education mode of employment and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities under the vision of sharing economy,this paper gives some examples to illustrate some platforms for practicing the microeducation mode of employment and entrepreneurship,and finally puts forward some ways and means to carry out college students’employment and entrepreneurship education.
