摘 要:能源革命战略持续推进,能源供给侧和需求侧发生深刻变化,尤其是风机、光伏、电动汽车等分布式电源的大规模接入,对配电网的运行调度和交易模式带来巨大影响。采用技术手段实现分布式电源与配电网、综合能源服务商、用户的广泛互动,提高分布式电源的消纳能力、配电网的安全稳定运行水平以及用户的经济友好参与程度,是促进能源高质量发展的关键。区块链技术具有数据安全性高、交易互信、智能合约可编程等特点,文章基于区块链数据加密、智能合约、分布式记账等关键技术设计分布式电源调度与点对点能源交易体系架构,提出基于共识机制的分布式电源自治协同调度策略,优化基于智能合约的分布式电源端对端直接交易机制,并基于以太坊(Ethereum,ETH)等区块链基础设施搭建实验环境,验证上述策略、机制对于调度经济效益与交易安全性的提升。With the continuous advancement of energy revolution strategy,profound changes have taken place in the energy supply side and demand side,especially the large-scale access of distributed energy resources such as wind turbines,photovoltaic,electric vehicles,etc.,which has a great impact on the operation scheduling and trading mode of distribution network.The key to promoting the high-quality development of energy is to adopt technical means to realize the wide interaction between distributed generation and distribution network,integrated energy service providers and users,improve the accommodation of distributed generation,the safe and stable operation level of distribution network,and the economic friendly participation of users.Blockchain technology has the characteristics of high data security,mutual trust in transactions,programmable smart contracts and so on.Based on the key technologies such as blockchain data encryption,smart contracts,and distributed bookkeeping,this paper designs the architecture of distributed power dispatching and point-to-point energy trading systems,proposes a consensus based autonomous collaborative scheduling strategy for distributed generation,and optimizes the end-to-end direct trading mechanism for distributed generation based on smart contracts.An experimental environment was built based on blockchain infrastructure such as Ethereum to verify the improvement of the above strategies and mechanisms for scheduling economic benefits and transaction security.
