摘　　要：目前,各项自然资源调查监测没有形成统一的标准和方法,调查监测数据资源和系统分散,业务管理信息化水平不高,分析评价应用不智能,成果共享不充分。为更好地支撑自然资源“两统一”职责的履行,开展了自然资源调查监测管理平台设计及实现研究。通过自然资源调查监测管理平台的建设,建立了重庆市统一的自然资源调查监测项目管理、业务管理、分析评价预警以及成果共享机制,形成了全市自然资源一张底版、一套数据,实现了“一查多用”,有力提升了全市自然资源管理的一体化、精细化和智能化水平。At present,there is no unified standard and method for survey and monitoring of various natural resources.The data resources and systems for survey and monitoring are scattered,the level of business management informatization is not high,analysis and evaluation applications are not intelligent,and the sharing of achievements is insufficient.In order to better support the fulfillment of“Two Unification”responsibilities of natural resources,we designed and implemented a natural resources survey and monitoring management platform.Through construction of the platform,a unified mechanism for project management,business management,analysis,evaluation,early warning and achievement sharing of the natural resource survey and monitoring in Chongqing has been established,and a master copy and a set of data of urban natural resources has been formed,which realizes the“One Surveying for Multiple Uses”,and effectively improves the integration,refinement and intelligence level of urban natural resource management.
