摘 要:以苏丹I标准品替代番茄烃标准品,以蜜桃叶中番茄烃含量作为主要评价指标,建立秦安蜜桃叶中番茄烃的提取工艺,用正交试验设计其最佳提取工艺。经单因素试验结果表明,以氢氧化钾溶液的浓度0.3~0.7 mol/L,提取温度50~60℃,皂化时间50~70 min的工艺参数范围内获得番茄烃的量较好。经正交设计优化确定了秦安蜜桃叶中番茄烃的最佳提取工艺为0.45 mol/L KOH溶液在60℃下皂化提取40 min。试验证明该提取工艺合理、无溶剂残留。Taking the content of Tomato hydrocarbon in peach leaves as the main evaluation index,the extraction technology of tomato hydrocarbon in Qinan Peach leaves was established by using Sudan I standard instead of tomato hydrocarbon standard.The optimum extraction process was designed by orthogonal design.Single factor investigation showed that the amount of tomato hydrocarbon was better in the process parameters of potassium hydroxide solution concentration of 0.3~0.7 mol/L,extraction temperature of 50~60℃ and saponification time of 50~70 min.The optimum extraction process of lycopene from Qin'an honey peach leaves was determined by orthogonal design:Saponification and extraction of 0.45 mol/L KOH solution at 60℃ for 40 min.The extraction process was reasonable and there was no solvent residue.
