摘  要:通过相应的免疫效应试验,研究枸杞多糖和灵芝孢子粉增强免疫力的最佳剂量组合。首先,根据标准方法进行改良,测定样品有效成分,然后采用均匀设计法,以枸杞多糖和灵芝孢子粉为组成,设计二因素六水平均匀设计表,同时设置阴性对照组,一组枸杞多糖单方700 mg/kg BW,另一组灵芝孢子粉单方700 mg/kg BW,共9组。试验项目选择单核-巨噬细胞功能的相关测定,即小鼠的碳粒廓清试验。试验动物选择18~22g BALB/C小鼠,SPF级,雄性,每组10只,为期45 d。计算吞噬指数可知,枸杞多糖700 mg/kg和灵芝孢子粉700 mg/kg组免疫能力提升水平最高(p<0.05)。枸杞多糖和灵芝孢子粉都具有增强免疫效应的功效,联合作用时应根据等值线图选择最符合要求的组合。The optimum dose combination of two components of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide(LBP)and Ganoderma lucidum spore powder(GLSP)was studied by the corresponding immune effect experiments.First,according to the standard method,the effective components of the sample were modified and then the uniform design method was adopted.A uniform design of 2 factor and 6 level was used to design the experiment,and the negative control group was set up.At the same time,two groups of single factor dose were set up,in total nine groups.The test was mononuclear macrophage function test,that is,carbon clearance test in mice.The 18~22 g BALB/C mice were selected as experimental animals,SPF class,male,10 in each group,the sample was given for 45 days.The phagocytic index showed that LBP 700 mg/kg GLSP 700 mg/kg group had the highest level of immunity(p<0.05).Both LBP and GLSP have the effect of enhancing immunity,the combination should be selected according to the contour map when the combined action.
