无感支付推进人文医院建设的实践与思考

摘　　要：无感支付作为改进就诊流程的重要手段,在医院部署实施过程中为人文医院建设带来很多思考,获得政府和社会的广泛关注。文章以某三甲医院推进无感支付项目实施过程入手,通过患者在就诊过程中运用“无感支付”的新模式,简化并改变繁琐就诊流程,减少患者的无效就诊时间,大幅提升就诊满意度,体现医院人文关怀。项目实施过程中,医院发挥党建引领作用、转变传统观念、及时进行经验总结,是对医学人文精神的实践及医院高质量可持续发展的有益探索。医改必须要回归人文,将基础设施、医疗技术与人文关怀有机结合,真正实现人的全面发展,并将发展成果惠及全体人民。As an important means to improve the medical treatment process,non-inductive payment has brought a lot of thinking to the construction of humanistic hospitals in the process of hospital deployment and implementation,and has received widespread attention from the government and society.This article started with the implementation process of the non-inductive payment project in a tertiary hospital.The new mode of"non-inductive payment"was used by patients in the treatment process to simplify and change the complicated treatment process,reduce the invalid treatment time of patients,significantly improve the satisfaction of treatment,and reflect the hospital's humanistic care.During the implementation of the project,the hospital played the leading role of Party building,changed traditional concepts,and summarized experience in a timely manner,which is a beneficial exploration for the practice of medical humanistic spirit and the high-quality and sustainable development of the hospital.The healthcare reform must return to humanity,integrate infrastructure,medical technology and humanistic care,truly realize the comprehensive development of human beings,and benefit all the people.
