摘　　要：随着新医改政策的深化,互联网远程医疗向常态化发展,对医院档案管理辅助提升医院管理运营,提炼医院文化,促进精神文明建设等方面提出新的要求。医院档案管理工作起着为医疗行业发展提供信息保障的重要作用,当前大力推进精神文明建设,医院档案管理工作的重点是为精神文明建设服务。目前医院精神文明建设档案管理中存在许多问题,影响医院档案管理工作作用的发挥,需要研究医院精神文明建设档案管理的改进策略。本研究论述医院档案管理对精神文明建设的作用,探讨医院档案管理工作促进精神文明建设的改进策略。With the deepening of the new medical reform policy,the Internet telemedicine has developed to a normal situation,and new requirements are put forward for the hospital archives management work in assisting in improving hospital management and operation,refining hospital culture,and promoting the construction of spiritual civilization.Hospital archives management plays an important role in providing information guarantee for the healthy development of the medical industry.At present,it vigorously promotes the construction of spiritual civilization,and the hospital archives management focuses on serving the construction of spiritual civilization.At present,there are many problems in hospital archives management in promoting the construction of spiritual civilization,which affects the function of hospital archives management.It is necessary to study the improvement strategy of hospital spiritual civilization construction archives management.This study discusses the function of hospital archives management to the construction of spiritual civilization,analyzes the problems of hospital archives management in the construction of spiritual civilization,and discusses the improvement strategy of hospital archives management to promote the construction of spiritual civilization.
