摘 要:医院推行医务社工和志愿者服务是现代医院管理和健康可持续发展的需要。医院内开展志愿服务可以更好彰显公益性,是构建和谐医患关系与和谐社会的现实需要。恩施某三级医院通过开展以“感动服务”为主题的志愿服务,组建青年志愿者服务队,开展青年志愿者服务活动,医院服务质量、患者满意度、医院形象均不断提升,医务人员的自我价值得到进一步体现,服务理念更加深入人心,树立了良好的医院品牌形象。但同时也存在组织结构单一、人员结构单一、志愿服务内容局限、志愿服务制度不健全、激励机制不完善等问题。通过优化完善志愿服务组织建设、不断优化人员结构、开展形式多样的志愿服务项目、完善志愿服务组织制度建设、建立长效激励机制等措施加强医院志愿服务组织管理,提升志愿服务能力,可以进一步提升医院形象和医院现代化管理水平。The implementation of medical social workers and volunteer services in hospitals is the need of modern hospital management and healthy and sustainable development.Volunteering in the hospital can better demonstrate the public welfare,which is the practical need to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and a harmonious society.A tertiary hospital in Enshi has established a youth volunteer service team and carried out youth volunteer service activities by carrying out volunteer services with the theme of"touching service".The quality of hospital services,patient satisfaction,and hospital image have been continuously improved.The value is further reflected,the service concept is more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and a good hospital brand image is established.However,there are also problems such as single organizational structure,single personnel structure,limited volunteer service content,imperfect volunteer service system,and imperfect incentive mechanism.By optimizing and improving the construction of volunteer service organizations,continuously optimizing personnel structure,carrying out various forms of volunteer service projects,improving the construction of volunteer service organization systems,and establishing long-term incentive mechanisms to strengthen hospital volunteer service organization management and improve volunteer service capabilities,it is possible to further improve the image of the hospital and the modern management level of the hospital.
