摘　　要：建设不受外来威胁和控制、以我为主的产业链供应链,是防备把产业链武器化、政治化的最可信的承诺。鞍山钢铁作为央企,从“强化钢铁产业链供应链自主可控能力”重点工作存在的问题着手,开展了钢铁供应链的标准化管理创新与实践,以“管理理论创新”指导工作开展,以“机制创新、供给创新、体系创新、方法创新、流程创新”的做法,提升了“钢铁产业链供应链”的“关键技术控制力、数字技术对钢铁供应链的引领力、产业链条整合力、标准制定主导力”;探索出了“强化钢铁产业链供应链自主可控能力”的可复制、创新的供应链标准化管理“鞍钢方案”,对同行业供应链标准化管理具有可借鉴的意义。The construction of an industrial chain supply chain free from external threats and control and dominated by China is the most credible commitment to guard against weaponization and politicization of the industrial chain.As a stateowned enterprise,Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd,based on the existing problems of“Strengthening the self-control capability of the steel industry chain supply chain”,has carried out the innovation and practice of standardized management of the steel supply chain.With“Management Theory Innovation”to guide the work,with“Mechanism innovation,supply innovation,system innovation,Method Innovation,process innovation”to carry out the work.Anshan Iron and Steel Group has promoted“Key technology control,digital technology leadership,industry chain integration,and standard-setting leadership”in the“Steel industry chain supply chain”The"Anshan Steel Project",which can be used for reference in the same industry,is explored to strengthen the self-control ability of the supply chain of iron and steel industry chain.
