摘  要:用X-射线荧光光谱法(XRF)[1-2]对锰矿中锰、二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、氧化钙、氧化镁、磷、铁含量进行分析。本法以偏硼酸锂、四硼酸锂的混合物为熔剂,溴化锂为脱模剂制成玻璃状样片。以国家标准物质、行业标准物质为基体建立校准曲线,同时进行回收率实验,用X-射线荧光光谱仪分析,计算这七种组分含量[9]。本方法分析速度快,准确度高,能够满足日常分析检验工作。The contents of manganese,silicon dioxide,aluminum oxide,calcium oxide,magnesium oxide,phosphorus and iron in manganese ore were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF).In this method,the mixture of lithium metaborate and lithium tetraborate is used as the flux,and lithium bromide is used as the release agent to make glass sample.The calibration curve is established with the national standard material and industrial standard material as the matrix,and the recovery rate experiment is conducted at the same time.The content of these seven components is calculated by using the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.This method is fast and accurate,and can meet the daily analysis and inspection work.
