摘  要:目的通过分析某公立综合医院眼科设备运营及亚专科等情况,为提高眼科设备配置效率、开展学科设备运营绩效管理提供参考。方法采集该院眼科23类主要医疗设备配置与运营相关数据,计算设备成本回收年限,以波士顿矩阵为指导绘制气泡图进行设备数据分类分析。结果23类设备中,6类为通用设备,5类为单个亚专科专用设备;23类设备按照采购成本和成本实际回收年限分布在4个区域,通用类设备的成本回收年限相对较短。结论对使用量大且回收年限短的通用设备,建议缩短保养周期或适当缩短设备报废年限,保证设备可靠性,提高用户体验;对购置成本较高且回收年限长的设备,建议结合学科发展开展采购与使用论证,合理提高设备使用率;建议基于市场分析的结果进行眼科设备的引进和使用管理。Objective By analyzing the operation and subspecialty of ophthalmology equipment in a public general hospital,to provide reference for improving the efficiency of ophthalmology equipment configuration and performance management of discipline equipment operation.Methods The configuration and operation-related data of 23 main types of medical equipment in the department of ophthalmology of the hospital were collected,and cost recovery years of the equipment were calculated.Equipment data was classified and analyzed by drawing bubble diagram with the guidance of the Boston Matrix.Results Among the 23 types of equipment,6 types suited for all subspecialties,and 5 types suited for a single subspecialty.The 23 types of equipment were distributed in four regions according to the purchase cost and the actual cost recovery period,and the cost recovery period of the general type equipment was relatively short.Conclusion For general equipment with huge workload and short recovery period,it is recommended to shorten the maintenance period or appropriately shorten the equipment scrapping period to ensure reliability and improve user experience.For equipment with high cost and long recovery period,procurement and use evaluation should combination with the development of disciplines,and reasonably improve the utilization rate.It is recommended that the introduction and use management of ophthalmic equipment should be based on market analysis.
