摘  要:目的电刺激治疗是常见的调控神经回路、肌肉组织和消化系统的方法,通过体表电极施加的电流流经区域较浅,穿透深度不够,为实现在体外对深部器官或组织的电刺激,本文设计基于AD9959的时相干涉电刺激系统。方法以PSoC为核心控制器,搭建了基于DDS模块、压控电流源模块以及人机交互模块的时相干涉电刺激系统。PSoC主要接收上位机下发的幅值和频率信息,并将对应的信息写入数字频率合成芯片AD9959,进而控制DDS芯片产生电压波形,连接压控电流源对外输出电流激励靶点区域。结果本系统可输出参数独立可调的四路电流信号,幅值为0~2 mA,幅值分辨率为0.01 mA,频率为1~5 kHz,频率分辨率为1 Hz。系统经电流输出稳定度及阻抗网络测试,结果表明,系统可稳定输出电刺激信号并能够实现时相干涉电刺激。结论本系统适用于对深部器官及组织的无创调控,为提高电刺激治疗的有效性和电刺激个性化治疗提供了思路。Objective Electrical stimulation is a common method to regulate neural circuits,muscle tissueand alimentary system.The current applied through thebody surface electrodes flows through the shallow region,and the penetration depth is not enough.In order to stimulate deep organs or tissues in vitro,this paper designs a temporally interfering electrical stimulation system based on AD9959.Methods With PSoC as the core controller,a time-phase interference electrical stimulation system based on DDS module,voltage controlled current source module and human-computer interaction module was built.PSoC mainly received the amplitude and frequency information issued by the upper computer,and writes the corresponding information into the digital frequency synthesis chip AD9959,then controlled the DDS chip to generate voltage waveform,and connected the voltage controlled current source to output the external current to stimulate the target area.Results The system could output four current signals with independently adjustable parameters,the amplitude was 0~2 mA,the amplitude resolution was 0.01 mA,the frequency was 1~5 kHz,and the frequency resolution was 1 Hz.The system was tested by current output stability and resistance network.The results showed that the system could stably output electrical stimulation signals and realized time coherent electrical stimulation.Conclusion This system is suitable for non-invasive regulation of deep organs and tissues,and provides ideas for improving the effectiveness of electrical stimulation therapy and personalized electrical stimulation therapy.
