摘 要:目的为实现内窥镜系统冷光源光通量测量,即冷光源和导光束光通量的准确测量,获得保证手术安全的冷光源及导光束最低光通量及导光束最低通光率。本文设计一种医用内窥镜系统冷光源光通量测量装置。方法内窥镜系统冷光源光通量测量装置包括冷光源、导光束、灯泡测量接口适配器、导光束测量接口适配器、光通量测量仪及探头,灯泡测量接口适配器、导光束测量接口适配器为该装置设计部件,能够很好适配测量探头。结果该装置适配器能精确的测量冷光源的光通量,以及冷光源传导至导光束后的光通量值,可以定量地判断灯泡的使用寿命及导光束的折损情况。为保证手术安全,得出冷光源端最低光通量值为700 lm,导光束端最低光通量值为300 lm,导光束最低通光率为30%。结论该冷光源光通量测量装置结构设计合理,简单易操作,可使内窥镜系统的冷光源亮度及导光束判断从传统的肉眼定性判断跨越到数字定量判定,很好地指导日常的巡检及维修工作。Objective To achieve the accurate measurement of the luminous flux of the cold light source and the guide beam of the endoscope system,and to obtain the minimum luminous flux to ensure the safety of surgery,this paper designs a measuring device for the luminous flux of the cold light source of the medical endoscope system.Methods The device was composed of cold light source,guided beam,bulb measurement interface adapter,guided beam measurement interface adapter,luminous flux measuring instrument and probe.Notably,the bulb and guided beam measurement interface adapter could well adapt to the measuring probe.Results The device could measure the luminous flux of cold light source and guided beam precisely.In addition,it could quantitatively assess the service life of bulb and the loss of guided beam.In order to ensure the safety of surgery,it was determined that the minimum luminous flux value of cold light source and guide beam was 700 lm and 300 lm,respectively.Furthermore,the minimum light transmission rate of guide beam was 30%.Conclusion The structure design of the measuring device is reasonable and easy to operate.It can make the judgment of the cold light source brightness and guide beam of the endoscope system from the traditional visual qualitative judgment to digital quantitative judgment.Therefore,it can well guide the daily inspection and maintenance work.
