摘　　要：目的以信息化为手段优化医技检查预约流程,构建医技检查预约排程智能系统并探讨其实践效果。方法通过信息集成,构建医技检查预约排程智能系统,补充检查项目的预约规则及注意事项,健全项目知识库;基于运筹学最短路径理论和动态规划算法,为患者提供更优的检查预约安排,实现医生开单即给出最合理的检查顺序。比较医技检查预约排程智能系统应用前后检查预约耗时、满意度、工作效率、术前待床日和平均住院天数的差异。结果应用医技检查预约排程智能系统后,患者的检查预约环节耗时明显缩短、满意度显著提升,大型检查设备的工作效率提高,医院管理效率明显提升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医技检查预约排程智能系统具有实际应用价值,值得推广。Objective To optimize appointment process of medical laboratory examination by means of informatization and build intelligent scheduling system for medical laboratory examination and explore its practical effect.Methods The intelligent scheduling system for medical examination through information integration was built,the appointment rules and precautions of examination items were supplemented,and the knowledge base was improved.Based on the shortest path theory of operational research and dynamic programming algorithm,it could provide patients with better examination appointment arrangement,so as to realize the most reasonable examination order when doctors prescribe.The differences in terms of time consuming for examination appointment,satisfaction,work efficiency,preoperative waiting days and average hospitalization days between before and after intelligent scheduling system for medical laboratory examination were compared.Results After the application of intelligent scheduling system for medical laboratory examination,the time-consuming of patients’examination appointment was significantly shortened,the satisfaction rate was significantly increased.The work efficiency of large inspection equipment has been improved,the efficiency of hospital management has been significantly improved,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intelligent scheduling system for medical laboratory examination has practical value and it is worth popularizing.
