摘　　要：协同制造虽然为制造企业之间的信息共享提供了良好平台,但其海量信息也让制造企业在选择合作企业时犯难。因为现有制造企业中的设备不仅数目庞大,而且种类繁多,导致制造企业想要快速寻找拥有符合需求设备的合作企业非常困难。为解决上述制造企业选择难的问题,提出一种基于领域知识的制造企业推荐方法。该方法利用已有的领域知识设计一种基于领域知识的设备工件描述语言,并将该语言到推理规则进行转化,从而实现了快速寻找合适加工设备的制造企业筛选。最后应用宁波某工厂的数据进行实验验证,结果表明,该推荐方法能显著提高制造企业的选择效率。Collaborative manufacturing provides a good platform for information sharing among manufacturing enterprises.However,its vast amount of information also makes it difficult for manufacturing enterprises to choose cooperative enterprises.This is because the existing manu⁃facturing enterprises have not only a lot of equipment,but also a wide variety of equipment,which makes it difficult for manufacturing enter⁃prises to quickly find suitable cooperative enterprises,which have equipment that meets the needs.In order to solve the problem of selecting manufacturing enterprises,this paper proposes a manufacturing enterprise recommendation method based on domain knowledge.This method uses the existing domain knowledge to design a device workpiece description language based on domain knowledge,and transforms this lan⁃guage into reasoning rules,so as to realize the screening of manufacturing enterprises that can quickly find suitable processing equipment.Fi⁃nally,the recommended method is tested and verified by the data of a factory in Ningbo.The experimental results show that the recommended method can significantly improve the selection efficiency of manufacturing enterprises.
