仿真技术人才培养新路径探索——以云道智造产教融合实践为例

摘　　要：仿真技术人才是国家软件和信息技术服务业、制造业等关键产业发展战略的重要组成部分,当前仿真技术人才培养存在师资水平较低、教学设备短缺、教学内容与产业需求脱节等问题。北京云道智造科技有限公司探索产教融合培养仿真技术人才新路径,通过教育部产学合作协同育人项目、创新型数字化教材及课程体系、仿真工程师培训体系等多种方式,促进自主仿真技术人才规模化培养,支撑我国制造业转型升级。Simulation technical talents are an important part of national development strategies for key industries such as software and information technology services and intelligent manufacturing. At present,there are problems in the training of simulation technical talents,such as quality of teachers,teaching facilities,and gaps between teaching content and industrial demand. Beijing Internet Based Engineering Co.,Ltd.(IBE)explores a new path for the production-education integration in simulation technical talents training,by means of Collaborative Education Project on Industry-University Cooperation by the Ministry of Education,innovative digital textbooks and curriculum system,simulation engineer training system,etc.,and promote a large-scale training of simulation technical talents,supporting the manufacturing transformation and upgrading.
