磁刺激治疗男性抑郁症患者使用抗抑郁药所致性功能障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨磁刺激对男性抑郁症患者在使用抗抑郁药治疗后引起的性功能障碍的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月台州市第二人民医院收治的58例使用抗抑郁药治疗后出现性功能障碍的男性抑郁症患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=28)。观察组给予磁刺激治疗,对照组给予相应的伪刺激,比较两组治疗前后的17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、国际勃起功能指数问卷(IIEF-5)、中国早泄患者性功能评价表(CISFPE)评分。结果治疗前,两组HAMD-17、IIEF-5、CISFPE评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组HAMD-17评分均优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组IIEF-5、CISFPE评分优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组IIEF-5、CISFPE评分与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组间HAMD-17、IIEF-5、CISFPE评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗抑郁药治疗抑郁症患者的疗效确切,磁刺激能改善抑郁症患者的抑郁症状,在不中断抗抑郁药物治疗的前提下,联合磁刺激治疗可以在一定程度上改善抑郁症患者因使用抗抑郁药所致的性功能障碍。Objective To access the impact of magnetic stimulation on sexual dysfunction in male depressed patients after treatment with antidepressants.Methods 58 male depressed patients who developed sexual dysfunction after treatment with antidepressants and who were admitted to Taizhou Second People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and control group(n=28).The observation group was given magnetic stimulation,while the control group was given pseudo-stimulation at the meantime.The scores of the 17-item Hamilton depression scale(HAMD-17),the international index of erectile function(IIEF-5)and the sexual function evaluation of Chinese premature ejaculation patients(CISFPE)were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of HAMD-17,IIEF-5 and CISFPE between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMD-17 scores of two groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of IIEF-5 and CISFPE of the observation group were better than before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of IIEF-5 and CISFPE of the control group have no significant different from those before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of HAMD-17,IIEF-5 and CISFPE all showed statistically differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Antidepressant,which has definite therapeutic effects,is a commonly used drug for depressed people.Magnetic stimulation has been proven to alleviate the depressive symptoms of patients.Antidepressant combined with magnetic stimulation has the ability to improve the sexual dysfunction caused by antidepressant in depressed patients.
