针灸及其衍生技术在辅助生殖中的应用

摘　　要：试管婴儿技术已历经40余年的发展,但是其临床妊娠率及活产率始终未见明显提高。针灸及其衍生技术属于中医特色治疗的一部分,安全性高、疗效确切、经济实惠,已经在国内外辅助生殖领域得到广泛应用。针灸及其衍生技术在促进卵子发育、改善精子质量、提高子宫内膜容受性、取卵镇痛、调节助孕时负面情绪、治疗卵巢过度刺激综合征方面均有突出疗效,现将其治疗作用作一全面梳理,为临床同道提供参考。In vitro fertilization(IVF)technology has been developed for more than 40 years,but its clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate has not been significantly improved.Acupuncture and moxibustion and its derivative techniques are part of the characteristic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,with high safety,accurate efficacy and economic benefits,and have been widely used in the field of assisted reproduction at domestic and abroad.Acupuncture and moxibustion and its derivative techniques have outstanding efficacy in promoting follicle development,improving sperm quality,improving endometrial receptivity,reducing pain during egg retrieval,regulating negative emotions during pregnancy,and treating ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.Now the therapeutic effects of acupuncture and moxibustion and its derivative techniques have been comprehensively summarized to provide reference for clinical colleagues.
