红蓝光治疗联合八宝五胆药墨在复发性生殖器疱疹患者治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察红蓝光照射联合八宝五胆药墨治疗复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)患者的临床应用效果。方法选取2017年10月至2020年10月阜阳市第二人民医院诊治的187例RGH患者作为研究对象。采用动态随机化分组法将其分为观察组(n=93)和对照组(n=94)。所有患者均行抗病毒、止痛等一般治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用红蓝光照射治疗,观察组采用红蓝光照射联合八宝五胆药墨治疗,两组均治疗1个月。治疗1个月时,比较两组的临床疗效、免疫指标(T淋巴细胞CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+));治疗结果后对两组进行为期1年的随访,比较两组1年内的复发率。结果治疗1个月时,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月时,两组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较治疗前升高,CD8^(+)较治疗前降低,且观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较对照组高,CD8^(+)较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年期间,观察组总复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红蓝光照射联合八宝五胆药墨治疗RGH患者可提升疗效,增强免疫调节作用,利于降低复发风险。Objective To observe the application effect of red and blue light irradiation combined with Babao Wudan Yaomo in the treatment of patients with recurrent genital herpes(RGH).Methods 187 patients with RGH admitted to Fuyang Second People's Hospital from October 2017 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=93)and control group(n=94)by dynamic randomization grouping method.All patients were treated with antiviral,analgesic and other general treatments,on this basis,the control group was treated with red and blue light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with red and blue light irradiation combined with Babao Wudan Yaomo,both groups were treated for 1 month.1 month after treatment,the clinical efficacy,immune indexes(T lymphocyte CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))were compared between the two groups;at the end of treatment,the two groups were followed up for 1 year to compare the recurrence rate within 1 year.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in both groups was increased,and CD8^(+)was decreased than before treatment,while CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group was higher than the control group,and CD8^(+)was lower than the control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).During 1 year followed up,the total recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Red and blue light irradiation combined with Babao Wudan Yaomo in the treatment of RGH patients can improve the efficacy,enhance immune regulation,and reduce the risk of recurrence.
