摘　　要：烟台港原油管道复线工程是2020年山东省发展和改革委员会批复建设的重点项目。通过分析论证工程穿越方案对潍河岸线利用规划的影响,提出合理可行的论证结论,为工程建设方案顺利取得水行政许可决定书和山东省新旧动能转换重大工程实施规划中的基础设施建设提供科学的技术支撑。The crude oil pipeline double-track project in Yantai Port is the key project approved by the Development and Reform Commission of Shandong Province in 2020.Through analyzing and demonstrating the influence of project crossing scheme on the shoreline utilization planning of Wei River,a reasonable and feasible conclusion is put forward.It will provide scientific and technical support for the project construction plan to successfully obtain the water administrative license,as well to the infrastructure construction in the implementation plan of the major project of replacing old growth drivers with new ones in Shandong.
