摘  要:岸边集装箱起重机电气系统设计时,通常会在整机中使用一个安装于电气房中的控制变压器,二次侧输出电压220 V,部分电缆线的长度超过100 m,如果电气设计人员忽略计算此处短路电流,在远端发生对地短路情况下,由于所产生的短路电流不大,微型断路器不跳闸,可能导致电气房变压器甚至整个电气房烧毁。给出了远端站点短路电流计算方法,根据分析和计算结果,可合理选择断路器和控制变压器的规格,调整电缆导线的截面积,提高设备的安全和可靠性。When designing the electrical system of the quayside container crane,a control transformer installed in the electrical room is usually used in the whole machine.The output voltage of the secondary side is 220 V,and the length of some cables exceeds 100 m.If the electrical designer neglects to calculate the short circuit current here,the miniature circuit breaker will not trip in case of short circuit to ground at the far end due to the small short circuit current generated.Then the transformer in the electrical room or even the entire electrical room may be burnt out.The calculation method of short circuit current of remote station is given.Based on the analysis and calculation results,the specifications of circuit breakers and control transformers can be reasonably selected,the sectional area of cable conductors can be adjusted,and the safety and reliability of equipment can be improved.
