摘　　要：针对煤炭翻车机在翻卸运煤敞车初始阶段因煤炭扰动造成扬尘污染问题,设计了待卸运煤敞车洒水喷淋系统,提出一种与翻车机原有干雾抑尘系统、干式除尘系统相结合的方案。实践表明,该方案可解决煤炭翻卸初始阶段的扬尘问题。In view of the coal car dumper in the initial stage of unloading coal gondola,the dust pollution problem caused by coal disturbance,the water spray system of the coal gondola to be unloaded is designed,and a scheme combining with the original dry fog dust suppression system and dry dust removal system of the dumper is proposed.The practice shows that the scheme can solve the dust problem in the initial stage of coal overturning.
