摘　　要：以肯尼亚Nairobi ICD改扩建项目为例,分析工程区域现状条件和已建设施,结合地形地貌特点、项目功能需求,给出了多维度统筹空间设计、总平面布局设计要点、平面布置方案。该项目现已建成,运营效果良好,可为同类型工程设计提供参考。Taking the reconstruction and expansion project of Nairobi ICD in Kenya as an example,the current conditions of the project area and the constructed facilities are analyzed.And the multi-dimensional overall space design,general layout design points,and plane layout scheme are given in combination with the landform characteristics and project functional requirements.The project has been completed with good operation effect,which can provide reference for the design of similar projects.
