摘　　要：围绕立足国内、面向全球的战略要求,充分发挥制度性开放和深化改革开放的先行优势,将上海国际贸易中心建设成为服务“双循环”新发展格局、具有贸易主导力和控制力的全球贸易网络枢纽。保持传统贸易功能,拓展国际贸易新功能,以功能创新汇聚高端资源,为国内市场提供全球资源保障,为国际市场提供高质量贸易服务,打造国际贸易中心新高地。Focusing on the strategic requirements of domestic and global orientation,giving full play to the advantages of institutional openness and deepening reform and opening up,Shanghai International Trade Center will become a global trade network hub serving the new development pattern of“dual cycle”and having the dominant and controlling power of trade.We should maintain the traditional trade functions,expand new functions of international trade,gather high-end resources with functional innovation,provide global resources for the domestic market,provide high-quality trade services for the international market,and build a new high ground for the international trade center.
