摘 要:为了改善固体润滑复合涂层在高温条件下的稳定性,添加纳米碳纤维(CF)对MoS_(2)涂料进行性能优化,并在铝合金基体上制备添加不同质量分数CF粉末的涂层;在CFT-Ⅰ型高速往复摩擦磨损试验机上考察涂层在不同温度下的稳定性、耐磨性能,利用超景深显微系统对涂层表面磨痕形貌进行观测,分析涂层的磨损机制。结果表明:在温度为20~100℃时,温度对涂层整体性能的影响较小,随CF质量分数的增大,涂层摩擦因数先增大后减小,磨痕深度先减小后增大,CF质量分数为1.5%时涂层摩擦因数最大,磨痕深度最小;当温度为200℃时,随CF质量分数的增大,涂层摩擦因数不断增大,磨痕深度大幅增大,且不同CF质量分数对磨痕深度的影响显著。添加CF能够在涂层内部形成网状骨架结构,同时起到稳定涂层结构、传递热量的作用,因而可使涂层表现出较好的耐热性能和耐磨性能;在200℃高温下,CF质量分数为1.5%的涂层的磨损面积和涂层犁皱高度相比未添加CF的涂层分别减少了21.6%和24.6%,表现出较好的抗高温变形性能和耐磨性能。In order to improve the stability of solid lubricated composite coating under high temperature,carbon nanofi-bers(CF)were added to optimize the performance of MoS_(2) coating.Coatings with different proportions of powder were pre-pared on aluminum alloy substrate.The stability and wear resistance of the coating were studied at different experimental temperatures with the help of CFT-I high-speed reciprocating friction and wear tester.The wear scar morphology of the coating surface was observed by using the ultra depth of field microscope system,and the wear mechanism was analyzed.The results show that when the temperature is 20℃to 100℃,the temperature has little effect on the overall performance of the coating,and the friction coefficient of the coating increases first and then decreases,while the wear scar depth is op-posite with the increase of CF mass fraction.When the CF mass fraction is 1.5%,the coating has the maximum friction co-efficient and the minimum wear scar depth.When the temperature is 200℃,the friction coefficient of the coating increases and the depth of wear scar increases significantly with the increase of CF mass fraction,and different CF mass fractions have significant effects on the depth of wear scar.The addition of CF can form a network skeleton structure in the coating,and can stabilize the coating structure and transferring heat,so the coatings show good heat resistance and wear resistance.At 200℃high temperature,when the CF mass fraction is 1.5%,the wear area and coating furrow height are reduced by 21.6%and 24.6%respectively compared with the coating without CF,showing better heat resistance and wear resistance.
