摘　　要：胰源性门静脉高压症(PSPH)是由胰腺相关疾病引起的以食管胃底静脉曲张、脾大、上消化道出血为主要表现的临床综合征,是胆胰外科常见的一种可危及生命的疾病。由于PSPH患者的数量逐年增加,对该疾病的研究也越来越多。PSPH主要发病机制是由于胰腺疾病使脾静脉阻塞,从而引起一系列的并发症。手术治疗在治愈该疾病中有着重要的作用。本文旨在对PSPH的手术治疗现状和进展进行综述,以期为临床治疗PSPH提供参考。Pancreatic sinistral portal hypertension(PSPH)is a clinical syndrome caused by pancreatic related diseases with esophageal and gastric varices,splenomegaly,and upper gastrointestinal bleeding as the main manifestations,and it is a common life-threatening disease in biliopancreatic surgery.Since the number of PSPH patients is increasing year by year,there are also more and more studies on the disease.The main pathogenesis of PSPH is due to obstruction of splenic vein caused by pancreatic disease,which leads to a series of complications.Surgical treatment plays an important role in curing the disease.This article aims to review the current status and progress of surgical treatment of PSPH,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of PSPH.
