摘  要:为研究矿粉质量取代比和水胶比对复合胶凝体系道路快速修补材料性能的影响,分别取磨细矿粉占胶凝材料(矿粉和特种水泥熟料)总质量的比为0%、20%、25%、30%、35%、40%、45%和50%,水胶比分别为0.15、0.2和0.25,测试各组配合比试件的4 h抗折强度和抗压强度。研究结果表明:(1)水胶比为0.15时,试样4 h抗压强度和抗折强度均随掺加矿粉占总胶凝材料质量比的增加而先增加,后降低;水胶比为0.2和0.25时,试样4 h抗压强度和抗折强度均随掺加矿粉占总胶凝材料质量比的增加而降低,其中水胶比为0.25时的降低幅度较0.2时的更大;(2)试验条件下,矿粉的合理质量比在20~30%,在水胶比为0.15~0.2左右时,相应的4h抗折强度和抗压强度分别在4.0和14.0 MPa左右。研究成果对“碳达峰、碳中和”总目标的实现和工业废料利用都具有科学和现实意义。In order to study the effect of mass substitution ratio of mineral powder and water cement ratio on the performance of composite cementitious system road rapid repair material, the ratio of ground fine mineral powder to the total mass of cementitious materials( mineral powder and special cement clinker) is 0%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45% and 50%of the total mass of cement clinker and special cement clinker respectively, and the water binder ratio is 0.15, 0.2 and 0.25respectively. The 4H flexural strength and compressive strength of each combination ratio specimen are tested. The results show that:(1) when the water binder ratio is 0.15, the 4H compressive strength and flexural strength of the sample first increase and then decrease with the increase of the mass ratio of mineral powder to the total cementitious material;When the water binder ratio is 0.2 and 0.25, the 4H compressive strength and flexural strength of the sample decrease with the increase of the mass ratio of mineral powder to the total cementitious material, and the decrease of the water-binder ratio of 0.25 is greater than that of 0.2;(2) Under the test conditions, the reasonable mass ratio of mineral powder is 20-30%. When the water-binder ratio is about 0.15-0.2, the corresponding 4H flexural strength and compressive strength are about 4.0Mpa and14.0mpa respectively. The research results of this paper have important scientific and practical significance for the realization of the overall goal of "carbon peak, carbon neutralization" and industrial waste utilization.
