摘 要:以某空心薄壁墩高为60 m的连续刚构桥为例,改变混凝土强度等级、墩身高度、配筋率和薄壁墩厚度等参数设置,利用通用有限元软件ANSYS,考虑双重非线性对该桥最长悬臂阶段的墩身进行稳定性分析,并同仅考虑几何非线性的参数影响结果进行统计,进而分析该类桥高墩在设计时应注意的事项。结果表明混凝土强度、墩高和壁厚对结构的双重非线性稳定承载能力影响较大,配筋率影响则有限;混凝土强度提高,稳定安全系数也高;墩身高度增加,稳定安全系数减小,墩顶纵向位移大大增加;配筋率变化,稳定安全系数变化不明显;壁厚减小,安全系数降低;连续刚构桥设计时应充分考虑高墩稳定性参数影响的分析结果。Taking a continuous rigid frame bridge with a hollow thin-walled pier height of 60 meters as an example, the parameters such as concrete strength grade, pier height, reinforcement ratio and thin-walled pier thickness are changed. The general finite element software ANSYS is used to consider dual nonlinearity. The stability analysis of the pier body in the longest cantilever stage of the bridge is carried out, and the statistical results of the parameters that only consider geometric nonlinearity are calculated, and then the matters that should be paid attention to in the design of high piers of this type of bridge are analyzed. The results show that the concrete strength, pier height and wall thickness have a great influence on the double nonlinear stable bearing capacity of the structure, while the effect of the reinforcement ratio is limited;the increase of the concrete strength leads to a higher stability safety factor;the increase of the pier height reduces the stability safety factor,the longitudinal displacement of the pier top increases greatly;the change of the reinforcement ratio changes the stability of the safety factor is not obvious;the wall thickness decreases, the safety factor decreases;the analysis results of the influence of high pier stability parameters should be fully considered in the design of continuous rigid frame bridge.
