摘 要:文章在查阅现有文献的基础上,首先分析了催化裂解装置的能耗情况,提出了提升反应操作步骤、增加汽轮机做功效率、完善烟机运行条件、适度调整蒸汽用量等优化措施。这些措施的实施可有效提高分馏塔各段取热效率,改进烟气废热能量回收效果,并有效改善了催化裂解装置的能耗状态,有利于实现节能减排,提升装置的运行能力。On the basis of consulting the existing literature, the paper first analyzes the energy consumption of the catalytic cracking unit,and proposes optimization measures such as improving the reaction operation steps, increasing the steam turbine work efficiency,improving the operating conditions of the flue gas turbine, and appropriately adjusting the steam consumption. The implementation of these measures can effectively improve the heat extraction efficiency of each section of the fractionator, improve the flue gas waste heat energy recovery effect, and effectively improve the energy consumption status of the catalytic cracking unit, which is conducive to achieving energy conservation and emission reduction, and improving the operation capacity of the unit.
