摘　　要：伴随社会生产技术的不断发展,生产材料的日渐丰富,高分子材料已经逐步应用于社会各个领域。以高分子橡胶材料为例,其生产加工以及使用过程中极易产生老化、变质的问题,不仅影响了材料本身的稳定性、韧性,其使用寿命也会缩短,由此影响到其在社会生产、生活中的使用价值。而高分子橡胶材料的老化问题由多个因素引起,包括阳光照射、温度、湿度、化学介质、外力作用以及氧化等,要做好高分子橡胶材料的老化防治工作,就需要结合其老化的影响机制,针对性地实施治理措施。文章从介绍高分子橡胶材料概念出发,着重对高分子橡胶材料的老化原因及防治方法进行分析。Along with the continuous development of social production technology, production materials increasingly rich, polymer materials has been gradually applied in social each domain, rubber polymer materials, for example, in the process ofits production and processing and the use of susceptible to aging, deterioration, not only affects the stability and toughness of the material itself, its service life will be shortened. This affects its use value in social production and life.The aging problem of polymer rubber material is caused by many factors, including sunlight, temperature, humidity, chemical medium, external force and oxidation, etc. To do a good job in the aging prevention and control of polymer rubber material, we need to combine the influence mechanism ofits aging,in order to facilitate the targeted implementation of treatment measures. Based on the in troduction of the concept of polymer rubber material, this paper focuses on the analysis of the aging reasons and prevention methods of polymer rubber material.
