摘　　要：二氧化钛是一种化学性质较稳定的白色颜料,不易与其他物质反应。但未经表面包覆的二氧化钛颜料有光化学活性缺陷,应用于涂料或者塑料中容易产生失光、变色及粉化等弊病,影响其应用。文章以自产未表面处理的金红石型钛白粉,制备了ZrO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)复合包膜钛白粉,并通过扫描电镜、透射电镜及表面能谱分析表征钛白粉的外观形态及表面成分,证明其ZrO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)复合包膜具有均匀连续并且致密的特性,并探讨分析了ZrO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)复合包膜钛白粉的机理。其颜料性能分析表现优异,通过以二氧化钛光催化罗丹明的降解实验分析钛白粉的光催化活性,其结果表明文章制备的钛白粉包膜效果良好,耐候性优异。Titanium dioxide is a white pigment with relatively stable chemical properties,which is not easy to react with other substances.However,the titanium dioxide pigment without surface coating has photochemical activity defects,and it is easy to suffer from light loss,discoloration and chalking when applied to coatings or plastics,which affects its application.In this paper,ZrO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) composite coated titanium dioxide was prepared from rutile type titanium dioxide without surface treatment.The appearance and surface composition of the titanium dioxide were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and surface energy spectrum analysis.It was proved that the ZrO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) composite coating was uniform,continuous and dense.The mechanism of ZrO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) composite coated titanium dioxide was discussed and analyzed.The pigment performance analysis is excellent.The photocatalytic activity of titanium dioxide is analyzed through the degradation experiment of titanium dioxide photocatalytic rhodamine.The results show that the titanium dioxide f ilm prepared in this paper has good coating effect and excellent weather resistance.
