摘　　要：文章介绍具有ESD功能的开关型电液执行器国内外发展状况,并对其工作原理进行了简单描述,同时针对电液执行器的组件查验、装配及试验调试整个过程,一一列举因尺寸、错位、喷漆、深孔、交叉孔毛刺等原因导致的质量不合格,装配时尺寸超差或连接不通畅问题,以及所引起的无法安装,试验调试时触发灵敏度不高使得行程不够等问题。开展了相关的工艺改进和提升工作,提供了成熟的工艺解决方案,为日后更好的安装和调试打下了好的基础。This paper introduces the development status of switch-type electro-hydraulic actuator with ESD function at home and abroad, and briefly describes its working principle, deep hole, cross hole burr and other problems lead to unqualified,unsuitable installation caused by out of tolerance or unsmooth connection during assembly, low trigger sensitivity during test debugging and insufficient travel, etc. It provides mature process solutions and lays a good foundation for better installation and debugging in the future.
